We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect both online, by mail or telephone.

Importantly, we do not keep credit card details, which once processed are destroyed.

Shipping Policy

All products will normally ship within 10 to 14 days from receipt of order.  Some may take longer due to stock availability or other reasons beyond our control.

Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the delivery date.

Our shipping methods are Royal Mail for small or low cost items and UPS for  all other items.

Returns Policy

Should you find a fault with any of our products please contact us first to arrange sending it back for inspection, adjustment, repair or replacement.
