Panthera TEC MAT
A new level of Incident light microscope for material sciences:
Panthera TEC MAT BD is a Trinocular microscope with a set of BF/DF Plan Achromatic and Semi-Apo objectives, working with UC eyepieces of 22mm Field of View.
The hard-coated stage has a travel range of 6”x4”. A 3W LED smart segmental ring light in a compact setup with Field- and Aperture diaphragm can easily be changed to different colour temperatures.
The Motic LightTracer system with memory function, a built-in Low-Energy mode and an LED feedback indicator helps to optimise your workflow.
The Panthera TEC MAT optics is based on CCIS© LD Plan Achromatic and Semi-Apo objectives for opaque and non-covered samples. The DF models carry Dark Field objectives for this standard method in metallurgy. The UC-WF 10X/22 eyepieces with extended Field of View match perfectly.
For Incident light, a compact 3W LED ring illumination system allows a segmental illumination for the examination of rough surfaces. Models with Transmitted light carry an LED condenser with 39 LEDs for an individual illumination setting for each objective in use.
The Panthera TEC MAT microscopes carry a large X/Y stage for a fast throughput of samples in the range 150X100mm (6”x4”). A glass insert is supplied for Transmitted light stands. The reversed orientation of the 5-fold encoded nosepiece gives space for a trouble-free change of samples.
The Panthera TEC MAT series is focused on opaque, reflecting samples with BF or BF/DF illumination. An optional set of Polariser/Analyser helps to reduce undesired reflections and allows Polarization contrast.
