Microscopes Plus Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we obtain, use and protect any personal information about you.


2. The information we obtain about you

a) Your contact details, which may include your name, postal address, email address and telephone number, which are obtained when you purchase an item or service or when you have communicated with the Company, whether through our website, email, telephone, letter or by other means.

b) To provide services to you in the way of sending goods to your address.
c) Summaries of our communications with you.
d) Your company’s bank account details or credit card, which you provided if you make payments to us or we make payments to you. Credit card payments are processed through Payzone who have robust systems in place to protect your information.  Importantly, we do not keep credit card details. Once the payment is processed your card details are destroyed.

e) Details of payments you have made to the Company.


3. How we use your information
The information which we obtain about you will be used for;
a) The legitimate administration of the Company, including communicating with you in relation to our ongoing work with you.
b) Responding to new enquiries from you in relation to products and services.
c) Requesting feedback from you about our goods and services or outstanding queries.
d) Settling any outstanding payments relating to work carried out by the Company.

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies). We do not sell or share your information with any third party, in the UK or abroad, except as detailed in section 3 above.

b) The right to have data corrected; please let us know of changes to your personal information, such as your address, so that we may update our records.
c) The right to object to us processing your information; if you object we will not be able to contact you about our ongoing work with you.
